A Girl Like Me is birthed from the 9 year old girl who lost a mother, but felt like she lost both parents at the same time. I felt alone and those roots were from rejection, wanting to fit in, admiring to be liked, and seeking for assurance all while ignoring that there was a greater call. A Girl Like Me is now here to show young ladies that they are not alone on their journey, and that the decisions that have been made beforehand does not determine their future! Being isolated isn’t an option nor is being left out!
